Please read these terms carefully before using SysCraft's infrastructure security services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
SysCraft.tech is operated by SysCraft LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, with principal operations in Sheridan, Wyoming. SysCraft.tech is a subsidiary of SysCraft LLC providing infrastructure security and managed IT services.
By accessing any SysCraft site or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
SysCraft provides infrastructure security and managed IT services including security audits, monitoring, hardening, and ongoing sysadmin support.
Service scope, limits, and entitlements are communicated during the onboarding process and form part of the agreement between you and SysCraft.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may not:
You represent and warrant that you have legal authorization to submit any systems or infrastructure for security assessment. You are solely responsible for ensuring this.
SysCraft is not liable for any consequences arising from unauthorized scanning or testing.
SysCraft and its licensors hold all intellectual property rights to materials, tools, scripts, automations, configurations, and content associated with our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may view and print public web pages and invoices for personal, non-commercial use.
If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@syscraft.tech identifying the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
Payments made via PayPal might be subjected to an additional 5% processing fee to cover payment provider and handling costs. This fee is displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
SysCraft will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described. Where delivery is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate. Where a service involves uncertainty, we will communicate this before work begins.
SysCraft manages client-owned infrastructure but does not own or control the underlying hardware or hosting environments. We are not liable for outages, attacks, or disruptions affecting infrastructure we do not own.
Working hours are typically 5:15 AM – 11:15 AM Mountain Time, Sunday through Friday, excluding planned leave. No SLA is guaranteed unless stated in a separate written agreement. Changes to availability will be communicated in advance.
SysCraft is not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including cyberattacks, internet outages, third-party service failures, or acts of God.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SysCraft LLC, its officers, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misrepresentation of authorization, or actions taken in connection with our services.
We treat all client infrastructure data and audit findings as confidential. We will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You agree not to disclose proprietary details about our tools, methodologies, or internal processes.
Upon termination, infrastructure metrics collected during the service period are retained for 45 days then permanently deleted. Audit reports are subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. No data export is provided upon termination.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice.
We may immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Disputes will first be submitted to good-faith negotiation via written notice. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration under AAA rules, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming.
